Trail was logged using a Foretrex 201. Entire section hiked in 12 hrs 17 min.
New trail opened in 2003. Published length of this section is 21.1 mi. Five Campsites on the trail are at 4.9 mi (Stewart), 10.4 mi. (Town Corner), 11.9 mi. (Knoll), 13.2 mi. (Lane), and 15.8 mi. (East Baldpate).
